Admission is voluntary
While the zoo is being renovated, admission is voluntary — you don't have to pay. If you still choose to contribute, every crown goes straight to feeding, veterinary care and new enclosures. We truly appreciate it.

Voluntary admission
While the zoo entrance area is being rebuilt, you can contribute any amount — online, by QR payment, or into the donation box at the entrance to Area B.

One ticket, two areas
Tickets are valid for both Area A and Area B — from the water-lily pond and reptile pavilion to the serval, zebra and camel enclosures.

Yes. Your ticket is valid for the chosen date throughout our opening hours, i.e. from 9:00 to 18:00 — you can arrive any time and stay until closing. We recommend arriving at least an hour before closing so you have time to enjoy both areas at a relaxed pace.
