Great curassow
- Description
- They weigh approximately 4.3-4.8 kg. Their body length is approximately 93 cm. The male is completely black, and the female can be either black or brown.
- Habitat
- They mainly live in Central America and northwestern South America.
- Diet
- They feed mainly on grain, vegetables, fruit, insects, and invertebrates.
- Reproduction
- They lay two eggs, which they brood for 30-34 days.

- Approximately 25 years
